13. Payment to Norwich Guide can be made by, card, credit or debit, or bank transfer on request via the payment link on our website. A deposit is not required. We do not store credit / debit card or bank information.
14. If payment is not made within 14 days, we reserve the right to remove your advert from Norwich Guide.

Cancellation

15. If you wish to cancel we will remove your advert from Norwich Guide within 14 days. No refunds will be made. We will cancel any ongoing payment subscription within 14 days.
16. We cannot always stop payment immediately. If another payment is taken after notification by you of cancellation but before 14 days and we are unable to prevent the next payment we will offer a further 30 days advertisement on Norwich Guide unless you wish us to remove your advert anyway.
17. In the unlikely event we must cancel your advert due to our own circumstances we will notify you as soon as possible and we will take no further payment and remove your advert 30 days after your last accepted payment.

Discounts

18. Any Norwich Guide discounts are subject to terms and conditions which may change with the discount offer.
19. Any discounts are for a fixed period and may not be applicable or may have expired.
